Hi, I’m Mel.
I’m a holistic chef and passionate foodie. My journey began with a personal need to address my own health, which led me deep into the worlds of nutrition, herbalism, and energy healing. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and kitchen, I bring both practical expertise and holistic insight to the table. I hold certifications from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, the Herbal Academy, Forks Over Knives Culinary, and Cornell University’s Food Safety program.
